Mary Matha School is a catholic educational institution of the Param Prasad Charitable Society registered under Societies Registration Act (Reg. No. MS / 2642 / Satara) run by the auspices of MCBS Fathers of Param Prasad Region of Kalyan Diocese. It was started in the year 1993 and is recognized by the Government of Maharashtra.

Mary Matha English Medium School at Pingli was established in 2017 as a ‘Unique Centre of Excellence’ managed by the MCBS Fathers of Maharashtra Mission, (a Christian religious and linguistic minority committee) with the sole purpose of imparting quality education in English Medium to its students for integrated personality development based on life skills and value systems. We prepare students to live as responsible citizens of tomorrow. The school has been affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi in 2020 and the Affiliation Code is 1130966.

Mary Matha tries to bring out the best in every student through a sound, physical, intellectual, moral, spiritual and social formation. We endeavor to develop refinement of manners, gentleness in language, habit of obedience, discipline and neatness in person by inculcating the values of justice, love, generosity and peace, in and through curricular and co-curricular activities along with profound Academic Excellence.

Located in a tranquil and serene atmosphere, away from the hustle-bustle of the city’s traffic, the institution provides students with an ambience to focus and concentrate on their activities. The spectacular 6.5 acre campus, the spacious and well-ventilated school building and digital learning modules stand as assets to the aspiring child along with extensive sports facilities and state-of-the-art Computer, Sciences and Language Labs.

The library that contains more than 2500 books on all the themes is surely a stand-apart point for this institution.
