MARY MATHA School Of Innovations
Mary Matha School is a catholic educational institution of the Param Prasad Charitable Society registered under Societies Registration Act (Reg. No. MS / 2642 / Satara) run by the auspices of MCBS Fathers of Param Prasad Region of Kalyan Diocese. It was started in the year 1993 and is recognized by the Government of Maharashtra.
Mary Matha English Medium School at Pingli was established in 2017 as a ‘Unique Centre of Excellence’ managed by the MCBS Fathers of Maharashtra Mission, (a Christian religious and linguistic minority committee) with the sole purpose of imparting quality education in English Medium to its students for integrated personality development based on life skills and value systems. We prepare students to live as responsible citizens of tomorrow. The school has been affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi in 2020 and the Affiliation Code is 1130966.
Mary Matha tries to bring out the best in every student through a sound, physical, intellectual, moral, spiritual and social formation. We endeavor to develop refinement of manners, gentleness in language, habit of obedience, discipline and neatness in person by inculcating the values of justice, love, generosity and peace, in and through curricular and co-curricular activities along with profound Academic Excellence.
Located in a tranquil and serene atmosphere, away from the hustle-bustle of the city’s traffic, the institution provides students with an ambience to focus and concentrate on their activities. The spectacular 6.5 acre campus, the spacious and well-ventilated school building and digital learning modules stand as assets to the aspiring child along with extensive sports facilities and state-of-the-art Computer, Sciences and Language Labs.
The library that contains more than 2500 books on all the themes is surely a stand-apart point for this institution. It is not an exaggeration to state here that the location of the institution amidst the lush green mountains makes learning more creative and imaginative. Hands-on learning techniques mingled with the innovative teaching paradigms keep the child engaged, thereby making him/her an active and spirited learner.
Right from the morning assembly, students here are motivated to express themselves and exhibit their latent talents. Projects, Club activities, Social and Scientific Visits transform learners as leaders. The yearly activities that officially begin with the investiture ceremony, goes deep into the soul of each of our children, instilling the fragrance of responsibilities in them right from the Nursery class. It is ensured that students do actively participate in all the events of social, cultural and literary importance, not only to keep them informed, but also to enable them to live their lives according to the emerging international standards. Opportunities to develop one’s self are allocated in plenty through co-curricular house divisions where the students learn smart work and team work to emerge either as a talented Team Player or as a winning Leader.
Competitions conducted at regular intervals emphasize on cultivating the hope to win and more importantly, the dare to lose.
Our aim is not just to create another face in the crowd but to nurture each student into developing a personality which has resolved to make the nation proud. Love, Tolerance, Brotherhood, Humanity, Patriotism, Sensitivity to the environment, Confidence and Courage to bear the life’s contingencies and to take up cudgels on behalf of the under privileged are the hallmarks of our students. Mary Matha endeavours to provide a genuine and holistic education in a stress-free environment where students are inculcated with the spirit of enquiry. We train them not only to find challenging careers but also to face the complexities of life.
